Returns/Exchanges

Please inspect your order upon receipt,Ā if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately by email on:Ā bravelittlelions@gmail.comĀ we can then evaluate the issue and put it right.

Our returns/ exchange policy lastsĀ 30 days. If 30 days have passed sinceĀ the dispatch date for your order, unfortunately,Ā you are no longer eligible for a refund or anĀ exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including tags. Please contact us for a return address.Ā You will be responsible for covering the return postage cost.

We will not issue a refund in the following cases:

  • The 30-day period has expired.
  • Personalized items or accessible clothing that were made to order
  • You were advised that the item was faulty or had a misprint when purchasing.
  • You have damaged an item by trying to repair it yourselfĀ or getting someone else to do it.
  • You have changed your mind and no longer want an item.
  • Items are returned in a non-resalable condition.

We want to allow our customers and consumers the ability to personalize and customize their clothing through each step of the process. As each item is tailor-made and personalized to each individual customer, we can only accept returns if they are faulty.Ā This includes all custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Should a personalized item be faulty, please get in touchĀ by email atĀ bravelittlelions@gmail.comĀ within 7 days of receipt of the item for us to assess the best way of correcting the issue.

Return and process of refund

Once your return has been received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify youĀ if yourĀ refund request has been accepted.Ā 

If accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied toĀ the original method of payment, within 7 days. Please note that the refund will only cover the value of the product, not postage fees as shipping costs are non-refundable.Ā
